True to its family roots, Maison M.Micallef embraces a dynamic of transmission and evolution. Since 2023, a new generation of talented individuals has taken the reins, breathing a breath of modernity into the legacy of excellence built by Martine Micallef and Geoffrey Nejman.
Charbel Asmar, now CEO, leads the company's strategic vision internationally. Claudia Micallef, artistic director, imagines the creative lines of tomorrow with elegance and boldness. As for Lesley Nejman, head of e-commerce, she embodies the brand's digital modernity. Together, they perpetuate the spirit of independence and passion that has made Micallef unique for nearly 30 years.

In his Grasse workshops, M.Micallef perpetuates the skills of artistic artisans: manual application of crystals, decoration with gold and platinum, firing of bottles in his own ceramic kiln... Every detail counts, each creation is designed as an olfactory and visual work. M.Micallef juices, true compositions of high perfumery, can contain up to 200 natural ingredients, rigorously selected to offer unparalleled hold and emotion.
