What are the available shipping methods and their rates?
Your order is shipped by the carrier of your choice. Delivery times are normally between 3 and 8 days depending on the carrier that offers you parcel tracking. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you order according to the country you choose (excluding taxes). You can check this amount in your cart.
What should I do if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home when the carrier passes by, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You have a maximum of 15 days to retrieve it, and if not, it must be returned to us.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you have still not received your package 8 days after it was handed over to the carrier, and if no delivery notice has been left for you, check the tracking of your package on the carrier's website. If the problem persists, you can then contact our customer service.

How do I return a product and what is the timeframe?

How do I make a complaint?
You have a period of 2 working days from delivery to make your complaint, or 30 days from the discovery of a hidden defect. You will use the "return and withdrawal" form provided on our site, or you will send us a registered letter to: Parfums M.MICALLEF, 133 chemin de St.Marc, 06130 Grasse. The non-conforming product will be automatically refunded, including the fees that were paid to us when ordering, within 30 days of its return to our address.
How much does it cost me to return a product?
In the event that this return is due to an error on our part, your return shipping costs are fully refunded upon presentation of proof. This is not the case when exercising your right of withdrawal.
By what payment method am I refunded?
Your refund will be credited to the bank card account used for payment.
