To create your account on the M.MICALLEF online store, required before any order, enter your email address, which becomes your username, as well as all other required information in the appropriate fields.
Changing your password, or your billing information, for example, is very simple.
Click on "My Account" and enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can view and edit your personal information.
When you click the "forgot password" link, please enter the email address you used to create your account. Your password, or a new one, will be emailed to you.
You can subscribe to the newsletter by checking the dedicated box in the account creation form. You will be informed of our exclusive offers and news from the online store.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data, as well as the right to object. Regarding your banking information, this is only used for your payment with our secure payment partner, Banque CI C. We do not store any personal banking information.

To place an order on the M.MICALLEF online store, simply browse the site
Choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on “add to cart”.

Your order is prepared in our warehouses within 48 working hours at the latest, and is then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method and country you have chosen.
Delivery times are then between 3 and 7 working days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Preparation and shipping are normally carried out within 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt of the confirmed and paid order.
We will send you a confirmation email after your order has been validated, with a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order.
An order goes through the statuses “Validated”, “In preparation” and “Shipped”.
When your package is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email informing you that your package has been handed over, including a "package tracking" number that will allow you to follow its progress.
Once your payment has been validated, the contents of your order cannot be modified or canceled. Check the items in your cart before finalizing your payment.
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery. You must only use the "return and withdrawal" form for this purpose and carefully follow the general terms and conditions.
We will record your cancellation when it complies with the procedure indicated above and the card used for your purchase will automatically be re-credited with the total amount of your order.
Personalization is a specific request and consists of an engraving on the perfume bottle
within the limit of 30 characters for a bottle containing 100 ml of perfume, or 15 characters for a bottle containing 30 ml of perfume. (Message, name, first name, for example)
An apostrophe, a space, a special character, etc. are worth 1 character.

This solution has been developed so that you can make your payments securely and confidentially, in compliance with PCI-DDS standards.
When you pay, you will be notified of a request for identification in order to finalize the payment.
Depending on the card-issuing bank, the identification request varies: confidential code, date of birth, etc.
If you have any difficulties, please contact your bank card issuer.
To return the product to us in accordance with the 14-day right of withdrawal, the terms of which are determined in our general conditions, you simply need to:

In case of an error on the part of the carrier or our company regarding the order or if the item is defective, please contact customer service immediately: contact@mmicallef.com
You have 2 working days from delivery to make your complaint, or 30 days from the discovery of a hidden defect.
You will use the “return and withdrawal” form provided on our site, or you will send us a registered letter to: Parfums M.MICALLEF, 133 chemin de St.Marc, 06130 Grasse.
The non-compliant product will be automatically refunded, including the fees paid to us when ordering, within 30 days of its return to our address.
If the return is due to an error on our part, your return shipping costs will be fully refunded upon receipt. This does not apply if you exercise your right of withdrawal.
Your refund will be credited to the bank card used for payment.
The email may be in your "junk" or "spam" folder of your email software, please authorize the domain www.mmicalef.com in your anti-spam tool and/or your email.
If your payment does not go through, check your card number and expiration date.
Check with your bank to ensure they are not blocking the payment and contact them. For security reasons, our customer service team does not have access to your bank details and cannot intervene.
