What are the delivery methods and prices?

Your order is delivered to the transporter of our choice. The delivery time is normally between 3 and 8 days, depending on the transporter, both offer tracking number for your package. Delivery prices are automatically calculated when you place your order, according to the country selected. You can view the price by going to your basket. (Without Taxes)

What should I do if I'm not at home to collect the delivery ?

If you're not at home when the delivery arrives, an attempted delivery notification will be put through your letterbox. You have 15 days in which to collect your package, after which it will be returned to us.

What should I do if I don't receive my order? ?

If you still have not received your package 8 days after delivery to the transporter, and you still have not received a delivery notification, you can track your parcel on the transporter 's website. If the problem continues, you can then contact our customer service.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product and how long do I have to do so?

To return the product in accordance with the right of withdrawal of 14 days, you need to follow the terms that are defined in our “terms and conditions”:
1- Complete correctly and send us by email the form provided for that purpose on download here
2- Return at your expense, your article, unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the transporter responsible for the first delivery and on the same terms to: Parfums M.MICALLEF, 133 chemin de St. Marc, 06130 Grasse, France

What should Ido in caseof wrong delivery?

If an error of the transporter or our company is made on the order, or if the item is faulty, please immediately contact customer service : contact@mmicallef.com

How to complain?

You have a period of 2 working days from delivery to make your claim, or 30 days after the discovery of a latent defect.
You will use the 'return and withdrawal' form, or by addressing a recommended letter to : Parfums M.MICALLEF, 133 chemin de St. Marc, 06130 Grasse.
The non-compliant product will be automatically refunded, including delivery costs within 30 days of its return to our address.

What are the terms of return?

If the return is due to an error on our part, of course, the return postage will be refunded upon proof. This is not the case if you exercise your right to cancel.
